PK belt is a type of multi V-band, also known as a multi groove band or serpentine band. PK "usually refers to its specific size or model. PK belt is an efficient transmission belt widely used in mechanical transmission systems.
The surface design has multiple parallel V-shaped grooves that match the V-shaped grooves of the pulley to increase contact area and friction. Due to the multi slot design, the contact area between the PK belt and the pulley is larger, which can reduce slippage while transmitting greater power.
PK belt has good flexibility and can adapt to the transmission requirements of small diameter pulleys, reducing the space occupied by the transmission system. Meanwhile, its flexibility also helps to reduce vibration and noise during the operation process.
Our company uses Mehler rope and KEVLAR rope from Germany, imported EPDM rubber and high-strength aramid fiber, as well as high-quality canvas imported from the United States.
